GB Dana Point Will offer Amazing Fitness Classes Inspired by Jiu-Jitsu
Beginning tomorrow 7am we will have a set of 8 classes designed by our coaches to help you bring your fitness to the next level. Training sessions will be Tuesdays and Thursdays 7am to 8am and are opened to anyone.
Coach Vivi and Coach Fernando will be leading the training which consists of several drills and exercises inspired by Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu but geared towards cardio, strength balance and coordination. Classes will be fun and challenging as usual.
